Unless you having been sleeping over the last few weeks, or you don't follow Nāmaka on Instagram, (and if not, follow now! 😊) You will have been flooded with content from MFW - also known as Melbourne Fashion Week!
I have been filled with so much joy to see Nāmaka showcased on such a prestigous and international platform.
Nāmaka was invited by Superstar Stylist - Carlos Mangubat to collaborate with Mastani and JOSEPH & JAMES, for their runway on day three of M/FW Runway Hosted by Queen Victoria Markets.
The iconic food emporium has been nourishing Victorians since 1879, with Wednesday night’s festivities satiating the sartorial senses. The QVM’s dairy hall was transformed into an immersive dining runway, with the rows of charming vendors providing a backdrop for the latest fashion. Guests were given their own miniature table, where they could indulge in some of the market’s delicacies and local wine while perusing fresh designs.
"Prahran-based luxury label Mastani opened the runway with a Barbiecore bang, revealing a series of hot pink ensembles from slinky slip dresses to high-collared tulle capes" - HARPERS BAZAAR
So without further ado - here are some of my favourite images from the day!
